So only the physcal printer fails? What printer model? Can you pint the PDF and does it print colors and shading correctly?
Do you have SP2 installed? I don't think it matters for this problem but its always good to have the latest updates.
I have installed Calendar Printing Assistant, but it will not print to a printer. I receive the following error message.
"Windows cannot print due to a problem with the printer setup."
All other applications print fine and CPA can print to Acrobat.
Has anyone else experience this issue and have a resolution?

I would like to create a very simple calendar that shows more information.
The available styles take up too much room with stuff at the top and bottom
of the calendar I don't need. I am using a half page setup for a daytimer.
I looked in Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates.
