Exchange Server POP3 removed ITEM

[Messages Deleted Automatically]

Hi Support,

I am usng Exchange server 2003 with Windows 2003 Server. My exchange user
downloaded emails from pop3 and the mail removed from the server. Can i
recover those item from Exchane server. The client has also removed item from
his outlook.

Please advise.

I doubt this will be possible once they have been deleted from the Server by
POP client. This is why you should seriously consider using SMTP and have
all mail going to the users Exchange Mailbox, at least you will have the
capability to use Deleted Item Retention.

If the messages are being POP'ed to the OL Client setup with PST file, the
messages are gone once they have been deleted. You can recover using Third
party software,
