Default Opening Printing dialog box is very slow!

I have some users which are having the problem, that when they are printing
from Outlook, the print dialog box is about 20-40 sec. to open. They are all
working on a Windows Terminal Server 2003. The problem is only in Outlook,
and it's only 2-3 users who are having this problem. All the other users can
    print without any problems.
They are all printing to network printers, and we are using roaming profiles.
I have tried to erase their profile on the Terminal Server, but without any
    luck.
I have removed any printerdrivers that are not in use.

    Any suggestions?

Did you get your issue resolved? I have the same problem. Long time to get
print dialog box when trying to print an email from Outlook 2007. Thanks.

I have the same problem waiting for the Print Control Window to open. Quick print works perfect, just the Control, Print that I wait on.
XP pro, Outlook 2007 part of office pro suite, USB direct to printer, using a brother laser printer, 4 gb Ram, Intel Core Duo (lots of horse power for what I do) Norton Internet secuity 2010.

Has been suggested the Brother Print drivers may cause the problem, Brother says I need to re-install Office.

I have re-installed the Brother printers & even changed the default printers. I am hesitant to re-install Office for fear of loosing favourites & tool bar settings, etc.
Regular De-frag & Cache files defragged.

    ANY help is appreciated.
