Default Internal emails going to junk folder - exchange 07

Hello, we are running exchange 2007 on Win Server 2003 and using greylisting
    for spam control.
There's been occasion where someone's email ends up in the junk folder.
These emails are all send internally. How do I make sure that all internal
emails are white listed? Or any idea on what can make an email go to the junk
folder randomly? In most cases, the email is sent to mutliple internal users
and they all recieve the email in their junk folder. Do you need more
    information to help me? Thanks.

My understanding is that internal mail will never go into the junk mail
folder. Are your users' Outlook connecting via MAPI? Do you route internal
mail outside your organization in any way?

Sorry for taking long to response.
No they are not using MAPI. Some are using Outlook anywhere to connec to the
exchange server but in this case the user who's emailed was put on junk mail
was in same office as the recipients. We don't route internal mail outside
our organization in any way. It happens randomly from time to time. It really
isn't a big deal, because its located in the junk mail of the recipients
inbox so all they do is drag to the inbox. But its something that I don't
want to keep getting calls on. Any other ideas?
