Move/delete the .pst file (message store).

    Move/delete the .nk2 file (nicknames).

Optional: Move/delete the .dat file (customized menus).

Delete the e-mail accounts defined in Outlook.

    Delete all profiles in

Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles

    Also purge following folders:

    C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\AppData\Microsoft\Outlook

    C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\AppData\\Local

    Settings\Microsoft\Outlook
