    I would appreciate anyone advising me as to how to export emails from Outlook

    to Excel so I get columns, for example: 'to', 'subject', 'date' (I want to

    insert more columns once the emails are in Excel.)

    Maybe comma limited file .csv ?

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

    If Export to CSV or Excel format doesn't include the fields you need, use copy and paste. See http://www.slipstick.com/tutorials/copyto/excel.htm for more information.

    Tried the Export feature already?

    It allows you to export to various file types including xls and csv.

    An alternative method can be found here;
