One of our users is receiving an " Operation Failed" message when sending a reply to an e-mail in Outlook 2007.

She cannot send the e-mail, and must re-open the original message, hit reply to start a new reply message, and copy/paste the reply into the new message.

This only occurs when sending replies to existing messages. It happens randomly.

    Any ideas?

In reference to neillbannon's answer (Go to the location of the Outlook.exe file and right click Properties. This brings up a Outlook Properties dialogue box. Click the Compatibility tab and uncheck the Compatibility mode box that says " Run this program in Compatibility Mode for" . When this was unchecked my outlook then worked fine without the above error message!),

the user's Compatibility mode box was already unchecked.

This issue only occurs when the user replies to an e-mail, and it happens randomly, not consistently. Any other ideas? Thanks.
