i've the same problem starting outlook 2010 (from office professional plus 2010) installed after disitalled the valutation was installed before



The error message said:



"Cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occured.MAPI was unableto load the information service msncon.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured

msncon.dll is used by the Outlook Connector. Try uninstalling the Outlook Hotmail Connector and download a new copy and reinstall it. 



Check to see if compatibility mode is enabled - if so, disable it. For more information, seehttp://www.slipstick.com/problems/compat_mode.htm
