I keep getting Outlook 2013 (32-bit) on Windows 8 Ent 64-bit displaying the wrong font. The font shoufl be Calibri, but it displays other fonts - usually the same one (I don't know the name of it), but it has shown more than one incorrect font.

    Anyone else seen this?

    Geoff.

    Word is fine:

    Capture (2).jpg

So it would seem the actual font file is OK...?

Seems like a logic conclusion to me. But yet, outlook uses the same fonts word does - so why is it substituting the system font. I'd probably close Outlook and rename the email template to see if that fixes it.

Where is the template stored, and what is it called?

The email template is NormalEmail.dotm and it's in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates - you can get there by pasting this line into windows explorer's address bar and pressing Enter.

    %appdata%\Microsoft\templates

close outlook, rename the template the restart outlook.
