adding marked emails under follow-up

Hi Everyone,

I am using Outlook 2007 with Calendar Printing Assistant 2007

I want to import all tasks including the ones marked as follow up. Some of these tasks are shared between users with one user as owner and others as task solvers.

Is this possible. if yes can you please let me know to do this.

You want to print them on a calendar using Calendar Printing assistant? If you can't add the task folders to the list to be included, you need to copy the tasks into a task folder in your mailbox. I'd create a new folder for the tasks, then select all, copy and paste into the folder.
